Message	selling or advertising a product for profit - it better damn near offer or produce exactly what it's being marketed as or at lease a disclaimer needs to be at the bottom of the ad in fine print that says no scientific data supports above statements and viewpoints are personal opinion based on conjecture / other experience / or just plain whistling dixie.
